Mongoose中如何通过关联User的所属部门查询对应Ticket工单列表

问题原因 #

你原来的写法无法生效，核心原因是Ticket集合中的author字段仅存储关联User文档的ObjectId，不存在内嵌的author.department属性，无法直接在find的查询条件中通过该字段过滤工单。

方案1：二次查询法（简单易读，适合中小数据量场景）

先查询目标部门下的所有用户ID，再用ID列表过滤工单：
