WPF弹窗内ListBox左键点击事件绑定失效问题求助

这个问题我碰到过好几次，Popup里的ListBox事件绑定失效通常是两个核心原因：要么是鼠标事件被ListBoxItem的默认选中逻辑拦截并标记为已处理，要么是Popup的独立视觉树导致RelativeSource绑定查找出问题。给你几个靠谱的解决方案：

方法1：改用ListBox的SelectionChanged事件（最推荐） #

既然你已经绑定了SelectedIndex，其实完全可以利用ListBox原生的SelectionChanged事件来触发命令，这既符合ListBox的设计逻辑，也能避免子元素事件被拦截的问题：

方法3：用ElementName替代RelativeSource（解决视觉树问题） #

Popup的内容是在独立的视觉树中渲染的，有时候RelativeSource查找祖先元素会出现意外问题，这时候可以给ListBox起个名字，用ElementName来绑定：

这种绑定方式在Popup这类特殊控件中往往比RelativeSource更稳定。

另外提个小细节：你绑定的VisibiltyAttr是不是拼写错了？应该是VisibilityAttr？虽然这不是事件失效的直接原因，但修正后能避免潜在的绑定问题~
