JS/Vue条件筛选器fast选项空数组参数不生效问题排查

1. 筛选失效确实是process字段传入空数组参数导致的：目前通用的term类型筛选逻辑（包括后端常用的Elasticsearch查询、前端组件内置的筛选规则）都不支持空数组作为查询参数，空参数要么会被判定为无效条件直接忽略，要么会直接返回空结果，完全不符合你的筛选预期。
2. 现有代码还有一个隐藏问题：规则要求description字段的参数为["ok"]，但代码里写的是大写的["OK"]，如果后端查询是大小写敏感的，也会导致匹配失败。

你要实现「选中fast选项时仅筛选description为ok、不对process字段做限制」的逻辑，不需要插入process字段的筛选项，同时要补充逻辑移除上一次筛选残留的process条件，避免切换选项时逻辑错乱。修改后的完整代码如下：
