Flutter Web调用Firebase图片做轮播时水平ListView无法滚动如何解决

• 方案1：显式指定滚动物理特性
  给ListView新增physics属性，强制开启滚动能力，避免平台默认规则限制滚动触发：

• 方案2：配置支持鼠标拖拽滚动
  Flutter Web默认不支持鼠标拖动滚动可滚动组件，需要自定义滚动行为放开鼠标拖拽限制。如果仅需要当前列表生效，直接用ScrollConfiguration包裹ListView即可，修改后的完整代码如下：

如果需要全局生效，直接在MaterialApp的scrollBehavior属性配置上述规则即可。配置完成后，你既可以按住Shift滚动鼠标滚轮触发横向滚动，也可以直接用鼠标拖拽滚动。

• 方案3：排查手势冲突
  如果当前ListView外层还嵌套了其他可滚动组件（如纵向ListView、SingleChildScrollView等），可以给当前ListView单独指定ScrollController，避免滚动事件被上层组件拦截。
