Android 中为 NestedScrollView 添加上滑提示指示器的实现问题

实现核心思路是采用层叠布局放置提示指示器，完全不侵入原有NestedScrollView和RecyclerView的内部结构，不会影响列表数据展示。

1. 调整根布局结构 #

使用FrameLayout作为根布局，原有NestedScrollView和RecyclerView的结构保持不变，提示指示器作为独立控件盖在ScrollView上层：

• 如果需要把提示条放在屏幕底部，只需要修改scrollHint的layout_gravity属性为bottom即可
• 可以替换TextView为Lottie动画控件、图片控件实现箭头动效等自定义样式

2. 添加滚动监听控制提示显隐 #

给NestedScrollView设置滚动监听，根据滚动状态自动控制提示条的显隐，避免一直占用视觉空间：
