Google Sheets调用CoinGecko API返回429错误代码1015如何解决？

问题原因 #

HTTP 429错误属于请求速率超限，CoinGecko公共API返回的错误码1015明确标识当前触发了接口频率限制，免费公共接口默认限制为每分钟10-30次请求，超出阈值就会被临时拦截。
另外代码中UrlFetchApp.fetch前添加的await属于冗余写法，Google Apps Script中该方法为同步执行，多余的异步修饰可能引发额外的逻辑异常。
