问题原因

你调用的_wp_attachment_description、_wp_attachment_caption两个元键不存在于WordPress默认的post_meta表中。
WordPress 附件（含图片）属于内置的attachment文章类型，只有Alt文本是单独存储在post_meta表的_wp_attachment_image_alt字段中，其余几个字段的存储位置如下：

图片标题：存储在wp_posts表的post_title字段
图片说明（Caption）：存储在wp_posts表的post_excerpt字段
图片描述（Description）：存储在wp_posts表的post_content字段
