全量历史存储位置 #

RStudio默认将所有历史命令存在全局SQLite数据库中，而非当前工作目录下的.Rhistory文件（该文件仅存储最近500条会话内命令，也就是savehistory()能导出的部分）。
Mac端默认存储路径为：
~/.local/share/rstudio/history_database

• 若为2020年之前的旧版本RStudio，可尝试路径~/.rstudio-desktop/history_database

完整导出方法（含命令执行时间） #

方法1：通过终端SQLite命令导出 #

无需打开RStudio，直接在终端执行以下命令即可：

• 确认数据库存在：
  ls ~/.local/share/rstudio/history_database
• 导出全量带时间戳的历史到桌面CSV文件：

sqlite3 -header -csv ~/.local/share/rstudio/history_database "SELECT datetime(timestamp/1000, 'unixepoch', 'localtime') as 执行时间, command as 命令内容 FROM history ORDER BY timestamp ASC;" > ~/Desktop/RStudio全量历史.csv

导出的CSV文件可直接用Excel、Numbers或者R打开查看。

方法2：通过R代码导出 #

如果更习惯在R环境中操作，可使用RSQLite包读取数据库导出：

• 先安装依赖包（已安装可跳过）：
  install.packages("RSQLite")
• 运行导出代码：
