VS Code Python调试插件原生不支持直接复用externalTerminal模式的会话，可通过自定义启动脚本实现：

• 第一步：写AppleScript脚本保存为launch_iterm.scpt，逻辑为检测是否存在已打开的调试专用会话，存在则直接在该会话执行命令，不存在则新建：

打开iTerm2 → 偏好设置（⌘,）→ Profiles → 选中你正在使用的默认配置文件 → General标签 → 找到「Session ends」下拉菜单，选择「Close the session」，即可让调试结束后自动关闭对应窗口。
