pip安装私有Python包时报'-e git+h'解析错误该如何解决？

• setuptools 的 install_requires 字段仅支持符合 PEP 508 规范的依赖声明，不识别 -e 开头的可编辑安装标识。之前可正常运行是因为旧版本 setuptools 对依赖格式校验宽松，升级到高版本后校验规则收紧，直接触发解析错误。
