能否return或者await获取Cypress intercept的返回值？

你写的这种实现方式不可行，核心原因是Cypress的内部命令执行机制和普通JS的async/await逻辑不兼容：
Cypress所有内置API（包括cy.visit、cy.intercept、cy.wait等）都不是标准Promise，它们会被加入Cypress内部的命令队列按顺序异步执行，不会阻塞同步代码运行，也不能直接通过await拿到返回结果。你现有代码里拿到的result不是预期的接口响应对象，最后返回的userId也不会是后端生成的真实值。

正确实现方案 #

方案1：用.then()链式调用处理返回值

封装的注册方法直接返回Cypress命令链式对象，后续需要用到userId的逻辑都放在.then()回调中执行：
