访问Metrics资源对应的request.operation参数正确值为GetMetricData。

你可以直接替换原有策略中的占位项，完整可用的策略如下：

Allow group Z to inspect autonomous-database-family in compartment A

Allow group Z to use autonomous-database-family in compartment A where request.operation = 'RetrieveAutonomousDatabasePerformanceBulkData'

Allow group Z to use autonomous-database-family in compartment A where request.operation = 'GetMetricData'

补充注意事项：

• 配置完成后可使用用户组内的测试账号访问自治数据库的指标页面，确认指标数据正常加载即可，未授权的其他操作会被自动拦截
• 该操作项已经覆盖控制台访问、OpenAPI调用两类场景的指标获取需求，无需额外补充其他权限
