1. 补全表单上传属性

你提供的HTML代码仅包含文件输入控件，外层的<form>标签必须添加enctype="multipart/form-data"属性，否则浏览器不会传输文件内容，后端request.FILES将无法获取到上传的头像，这是文件上传失败最常见的原因。

2. 修正视图层跳转逻辑

你当前在POST请求处理完成后直接渲染页面，context中的用户Profile数据还是修改前查询的旧实例，会导致页面展示未更新，容易误以为保存失败。请将保存后的返回逻辑改为重定向，触发GET请求拉取最新数据：

3. 修正upload_to回调函数

你定义的路径生成函数第一个参数是Profile模型实例，而非直接的User对象，调整为直接取关联用户的username更稳定，避免字符串分割出错：

4. 修正头像默认值配置

当前ImageField的默认路径开头多了斜杠，会导致路径解析错误，请调整为：
