Drools KIEServer规则then段insert的对象未在响应结果中返回

• 标识符重名冲突：调用commandsFactory.newInsert(location, "LocationApproval")时，将输入的Location对象的输出标识设为了LocationApproval，因此响应中该key对应的是输入的Location对象，和规则生成的结果重名冲突。
• 未指定返回规则插入的事实：KIE Server默认不会自动返回规则执行过程中通过insert插入到工作内存的新事实，需要手动添加命令获取指定类型的事实。
