解决方案

你原来的DTO设计存在问题，不能直接在返回的DTO中嵌套Flux/Mono类型，JSON序列化框架无法识别响应式类型，不会自动将其转换为数组格式。

第一步：调整DTO定义

将属性从Flux改为普通的List类型即可：

public record InitData(List<FootballClub> footballclubs, List<Country> countries){}

第二步：控制器层实现逻辑

使用响应式操作符Mono.zip合并两个独立查询的结果，全程无阻塞，不需要手动调用block或者手动订阅，Spring WebFlux会自动处理订阅和响应写入：
