Android Studio中用Kotlin实现EditText输入时切换背景色的方法

实现逻辑 #

通过监听EditText的文本输入变化，判断输入内容是否为空，动态切换背景色：

• 无输入内容时，背景设置为灰色
• 有输入内容时，背景设置为透明

具体实现步骤 #

步骤1：补充颜色定义（可选） #

如果你的res/values/colors.xml中还没有透明色定义，补充如下配置，已有灰色lightGray可直接复用你现有的配置：

<color name="transparent">#00000000</color>

步骤2：在Activity中添加文本监听逻辑 #

直接修改你的PostActivity代码，添加文本变化监听即可：
