如何在R Shiny的Datatable中替换值的单个组分而非全单元格内容

你当前使用的replace()函数是全值匹配替换逻辑，只有单元格整体内容完全等于输入的待替换值时才会生效，因此无法实现单元格内部部分子字符串的替换需求。

将原替换逻辑改为字符串全局替换，使用stringr::str_replace_all()（或base R的gsub()）匹配替换所有符合条件的子串，同时兼容数值列的转换处理。

1. 上传你提供的测试CSV文件，待数据加载完成后，在列选择下拉框选择values列
2. 待替换内容输入030，替换为输入100
3. 点击执行替换按钮，即可看到所有单元格内的030都被替换为100，符合预期效果。

如果你需要支持正则规则匹配替换，删除代码中包裹input$old的fixed()即可。
