Rails使用collection_check_boxes提交表单ID缺失错误及单选国家实现问题

错误根因 #

1. 表单控件选型和参数错误：collection_check_boxes是多选控件，默认返回数组值，不符合你单国家关联的需求；同时控件第一个参数写错为:location，导致参数绑定错误
2. 强参数配置不匹配：你配置了允许数组类型的country_ids，但Location模型实际存储的是单值外键country_id，参数无法正常赋值
3. 创建逻辑缺少校验：Location.create如果验证失败会返回未持久化的对象（id为nil），直接传入跳转路径就会触发missing required keys: [:id]报错

分步修复 #

1. 修改表单视图（实现国家单选） #

优先使用单选按钮控件collection_radio_buttons，符合单选交互逻辑，自动返回单值：

如果你坚持要用复选框实现单选效果，可添加JS监听复选框变更事件，选中当前项时清空其他同组复选框的选中状态，不推荐该方案，不符合常规交互习惯。

2. 修改强参数配置 #

3. 修改创建逻辑，增加保存结果校验 #
