这是Date对象两个不同方法的功能差异导致的：

• getDay() 返回的是星期几的序号，取值范围是0（周日）到6（周六）。你测试的日期2021年11月18日正好是周四，所以返回4，属于方法的正常返回结果。
• 如果你需要获取当月的日期（也就是你预期的18），要使用getDate()方法，该方法返回1~31的整数，对应当前是当月的第几天。
