React Native集成Huawei Location Kit时addFusedLocationEventListener回调不触发

1. 修复事件监听的引用一致性问题 #

你当前代码中addFusedLocationEventListener传入的是匿名函数，removeFusedLocationEventListener传入的是另一个新的匿名函数，两者引用不匹配，会导致两个问题：一是事件回调可能无法正常绑定，二是组件卸载时无法正确移除监听。
需要将回调函数提取为同一个引用，同时调整监听注册时机，等待定位请求成功后再注册监听，示例如下：

2. 检查云调试环境配置 #

华为云调试环境默认不会主动推送位置更新，需要手动开启位置模拟：

• 进入云调试设备的「设置」-「隐私和安全」-「定位服务」，确认定位开关已开启，定位模式设为高精度
• 在云调试页面的右侧工具栏找到「位置模拟」功能，手动输入测试坐标，或者开启路线模拟，才会持续触发位置更新回调

3. 校验定位请求参数配置 #

确认hwGeolocationOptions的参数符合要求，测试阶段可以先使用宽松配置验证功能：

5. 额外验证步骤 #

如果以上操作都完成还是没有回调，可以先调用一次getLastLocation方法验证定位能力是否正常：

如果该方法能正常返回位置，说明定位能力正常，问题出在监听注册或者位置更新触发逻辑上；如果该方法也返回空，说明云调试环境的定位配置存在问题。
