问题原因 #

1. 跨多对多字段annotated做关联查询时，Django ORM会自动执行JOIN操作，单个Image关联多个用户/多个生物标记物时会生成多条重复的Image记录，导致计数重复
2. Count函数未开启去重，重复行被多次统计，最终总计数超过实际图像数量
3. 额外遗漏：你代码中获取了project查询参数，但未用其过滤Image集合，若业务要求按项目统计也会导致计数不符合预期

修复方案 #

方案1：修改现有查询逻辑
