你的猜测正确，核心问题是每次给cell设置saveButtonDelegate时，都重新创建了SavedViewController的新实例，而非使用TabBar中已经存在的同一个SavedViewController实例。每个新实例的countryDataArray都是空的初始状态，所以每次追加数据都只会往新实例的数组存储当前点击的国家，无法实现数据累积。

收藏数据属于全局状态，不应该绑定在某个ViewController实例上，建议单独封装一个全局收藏管理类维护统一的收藏数组，所有页面都访问同一份数据即可。
