如何修复WinForms开启自动滚动的Panel添加控件时Y坐标偏移问题

问题原因 #

开启了AutoScroll属性的Panel在发生滚动后，你给动态新增的控件设置Location属性时，WinForm会自动将当前滚动偏移量叠加到你设置的坐标上。你代码里计算的是相对Panel内容区域左上角的绝对坐标，叠加偏移后就会出现Y轴偏移的问题。

修复方法 #

你只需要在设置坐标的时候抵消掉滚动偏移即可，修改listview.Location相关的代码：

int targetX = spacing + (xcount * (width + spacing));
int targetY = spacing + (ycount * (height + spacing));
// 新增：抵消Panel的滚动偏移

更省心的优化方案 #

你完全不需要手动计算坐标实现两列排列，可以直接用.NET自带的FlowLayoutPanel控件替代原有Panel：

• 设置FlowLayoutPanel.AutoScroll = true
• 设置FlowLayoutPanel.WrapContents = true
• 设置FlowLayoutPanel.FlowDirection = FlowDirection.LeftToRight
• 配置好容器的Padding和子控件的Margin属性控制间距
  后续新增ListView时直接调用Controls.Add()方法即可，控件会自动按两列规则排列，滚动、窗口大小变化场景都能自动适配，不需要自己维护坐标计算逻辑。
