问题原因 #

discord.File 仅支持读取本地文件路径或者二进制类文件对象，你直接传入Discord CDN的远程链接，程序会将该URL视为本地文件路径在磁盘中查找，自然触发FileNotFoundError。此前唯一一次成功属于极端巧合，大概率是当时你的本地磁盘刚好存在与该附件同名的文件。

解决方案 #

方案1：兼容所有discord.py版本（手动下载到内存） #

不需要将文件存储到本地磁盘，全程在内存中处理即可，需先引入依赖模块：
