PHP实现前端点击导出CSV功能时下载文件为空的问题如何解决

• 核心错误：你的代码仅将CSV内容写入了服务器本地csv/目录下的文件，完全没有将内容输出到浏览器的HTTP响应流中，前端请求拿到的响应体为空，所以下载得到的文件是空的。
• 潜在问题：代码输出结束后没有终止程序执行，后续的额外输出会污染CSV内容；缺少UTF-8 BOM头可能导致中文内容乱码。
