1. 修正web.config重定向规则

你当前的规则仅处理了HTTP协议下的裸域名跳转请求，没有覆盖HTTPS协议的请求，这才导致HTTPS地址跳转到无关的控制面板。将你的重定向规则替换为以下内容，所有HTTPS请求会301永久重定向到对应路径的HTTP www版本站点：

2. 更新Google Search Console配置

• 进入此前添加的HTTPS版本站点属性，提交整站范围的HTTPS路径移除请求，告知Google该协议版本的站点已下线。
• 切换到HTTP版本的站点属性，确认首选域设置为http://www.example.com，重新提交sitemap.xml，触发Google重新抓取站点内容。
• 若存在已被收录的HTTPS链接，可单独提交索引移除申请，加快索引更新速度。

3. 校验基础配置

检查全站所有页面的canonical标签，确认均指向对应页面的HTTP www版本地址，和sitemap.xml中提交的地址保持一致。

配置完成后Google需要一定时间更新索引，通常2-4周就会将规范地址逐步替换为HTTP版本。
