Android Material ModalBottomSheet 首次弹出顶部出现异常内边距问题

该问题是Material Design Components(MDC)库中BottomSheetDialog的默认系统边距(Insets)处理逻辑与你的嵌套布局结构冲突导致：
BottomSheetDialog自带的外层容器默认开启了fitsSystemWindows属性，会自动适配状态栏高度插入顶部内边距。你自定义布局外层额外嵌套了一层CoordinatorLayout，导致Insets计算逻辑被触发两次，首次加载半开状态(STATE_COLLAPSED)时计算逻辑出错，将状态栏高度作为多余顶部内边距插入，完全展开后Insets计算逻辑被刷新，多余内边距就会自动消失，你看到的红色区域就是外层CoordinatorLayout背景露出的占位区域。

方案1（推荐，从布局根源解决） #

ModalBottomSheet本身已经内置了CoordinatorLayout容器，你不需要在自定义布局中额外嵌套，直接将底部内容作为根布局即可，修改后的modal_bottom_sheet.xml如下：

在ModalBottomSheet的onActivityCreated方法中强制关闭底部工作表容器的fitsSystemWindows属性：
