PowerShell验证VS卸载脚本时elseif仅执行首个if分支求助

• 逻辑结构错误：if/elseif 属于互斥分支结构，只要任意一个前置条件满足，后续所有分支都会直接跳过，因此你当前的写法只能检测到第一个存在的路径，其余存在的残留路径都会被忽略。
• 语法错误：else 块内代码存在字符串未闭合、语句拼接格式错误的问题，会导致执行时报错。
