方案二：自定义插件修复核心逻辑（不修改核心代码） #

如果需要保留Magento_CheckoutStaging模块功能，通过自定义插件重写错误逻辑：

1. 创建自定义模块Vendor/CheckoutFix，在etc/di.xml中添加配置：
