问题修复方案

以下是按优先级排列的可操作修复步骤：

1. 补全双向关联的`inverse_of`配置

当前仅在CustomerType中配置了反向关联，Workspace侧的has_one关联缺少对应配置，会导致Rails内存关联识别异常，修改Workspace模型代码：

class Workspace < ApplicationRecord
  validates :name, presence: true, uniqueness: { case_sensitive: false }
  # 新增inverse_of配置
  has_one :customer_type, inverse_of: :workspace
  accepts_nested_attributes_for :customer_type, allow_destroy: true
end

2. 简化`fields_for`调用写法

一对一关联场景下，只要配置了accepts_nested_attributes_for且已预构建关联对象，无需额外传入第二个关联对象参数，多余参数可能导致渲染逻辑异常，修改表单代码：

3. 调整`CustomerType`的关联校验规则

validates_presence_of :workspace会在关联对象未持久化时触发校验标记，部分Rails 6小版本会因此跳过fields_for渲染，可调整校验逻辑适配嵌套表单场景：

  belongs_to :workspace, inverse_of: :customer_type
  # 调整校验规则，新建状态下内存存在关联对象时不触发校验
  validates_presence_of :workspace, unless: -> { new_record? && workspace.present? }
