Spring Boot集成K8s ConfigMap热更新时设置null值失效问题

1. null值解析为空字符串：Spring Framework默认在YAML配置解析、属性绑定过程中会将yaml中的null值转换为空字符串，该默认行为到最新稳定版本仍保留，但框架提供了扩展点可以修改该逻辑。
2. Integer类型配置不触发刷新：Spring Cloud Kubernetes默认的ConfigMap重载策略不会处理空值、删除配置项的变更；同时空字符串无法通过Spring默认的类型转换器转为Integer类型，因此不会触发对应配置属性的setter调用，导致旧值保留。

调整null值解析为空字符串的行为 #

可通过自定义属性转换器实现空字符串转null，适配绑定逻辑：
