要提取类似B4这类指定单元格的内容，不需要遍历所有单元格，直接通过坐标转换拿到对应索引取值即可，操作步骤如下：

• 拆分单元格坐标为列字母和行号两部分：以B4为例，列字母为B，行号为4
• 转换为数组索引：
  绝大多数PHP Excel处理库的行、列索引默认从0开始计数，所以行索引为行号-1，列索引需要把列字母转换为数字（A对应0、B对应1，以此类推），B4对应的行索引为3、列索引为1
• 直接读取对应位置的内容即可

你原来的代码是循环输出整行所有列的内容，只需要单个单元格的话可以删掉for循环，直接写：
