Discord.py中bot.get_channel()返回NoneType的原因及解决方法

bot.get_channel(channel_id)返回None共有3种常见诱因：

• 参数类型错误：斜杠命令的channel_id参数默认接收用户输入的字符串格式内容，但get_channel方法要求传入整数类型的频道ID，类型不匹配时无法匹配到缓存中的频道对象，直接返回None
• 缓存读取失败：get_channel是从机器人本地缓存读取频道数据的，如果机器人刚启动尚未完成全服务器频道信息缓存，或者机器人未加入目标频道所属服务器、没有目标频道的访问权限，都会无法读取到对应频道
• ID无效：传入的频道ID本身不存在，自然无法匹配到对应对象

不要让用户手动输入频道ID，直接使用py-cord内置的频道类型参数自动完成对象解析，同时增加异常捕获逻辑，避免程序崩溃，同时按需求给调用用户返回执行结果提示，修复后的完整代码如下：

如果确实需要手动传入ID做解析，必须先把传入的字符串ID转为整数：channel = bot.get_channel(int(channel_id))，同时要在on_ready事件触发后再调用频道相关方法，确保缓存加载完成。
