Python os.system/subprocess执行命令重定向输出失败求助

需要通过Python调用带传入参数的可执行程序，将程序运行输出转存到指定绝对路径的文件中，后续需遍历数百个目录批量执行同类操作。
目标执行的原生命令行如下：

c:\directory\executable_program.exe -f w:\directory\input_file.txt > Z:\directory\output_file.txt

之前尝试的写法均未成功，错误代码如下：

subprocess.run(['c:\directory\executable_program.exe -f w:\directory\input_file.txt > Z\directory\output_file.txt']

subprocess.call(r'"c:\directory\executable_program.exe -f w:\directory\input_file.txt > Z\directory\output_file.txt"']

subprocess.call(r'"c:\directory\executable_program.exe" -f "w:\directory\input_file.txt > Z\directory\output_file.txt"']

• subprocess默认不会解析命令行中的>重定向符号，直接传入会被当作普通参数传给可执行程序，无法实现输出转存
• 传入列表形式的参数时，需要将可执行文件路径、每个运行参数拆分为独立的列表元素，不能将整条命令作为单个字符串传入
• Windows路径中的反斜杠存在转义风险，未使用原始字符串时容易出现路径解析错误
• 上述尝试代码均存在括号不匹配的语法错误，运行时会直接抛出语法异常

方案1：Python侧处理输出重定向（推荐，批量执行稳定性更高） #

不依赖系统shell解析命令，直接捕获程序标准输出写入目标文件，无shell注入风险，路径处理更灵活，适配批量遍历场景：

参数说明：

• 所有路径使用r''原始字符串格式，避免反斜杠转义问题
• stdout=f直接将程序标准输出指向打开的目标文件，实现和命令行>一致的效果
• check=True会在程序执行返回非0状态码时直接抛出异常，方便批量执行时定位失败任务
• 不需要捕获错误日志时可以删除stderr=subprocess.PIPE配置

方案2：开启shell解析，完全复刻原生命令写法 #

添加shell=True参数后，subprocess会调用系统cmd shell解析整条命令，原生支持>重定向逻辑：

import subprocess

cmd = r'c:\directory\executable_program.exe -f w:\directory\input_file.txt > Z:\directory\output_file.txt'
subprocess.run(cmd, shell=True, check=True)

注意：该方案下如果路径包含空格，需要手动给路径添加双引号包裹，异常排查难度更高，批量处理场景优先选择方案1。
