如何通过VBA实现Outlook邮件视图中To-Do Bar的显示/隐藏

有VBA使用经验，但不熟悉Outlook VBA对象模型，需要实现通过VBA切换Outlook邮件视图中To-Do Bar（待办栏）的显示与隐藏状态，未在Outlook VBA官方对象模型中找到直接控制待办栏可见性的属性。

Outlook对象模型没有直接暴露To-Do Bar的可见性控制属性，待办栏属于内置命令栏控件，可以通过CommandBars对象访问操作，对应控件ID固定为17362，全版本Outlook通用。
直接使用以下VBA代码即可实现状态切换：
