C#调用批处理停止Windows服务时程序卡住无法继续运行如何解决

你的程序卡住核心是三个问题：

• 调用cmd.exe启动批处理的参数写法错误。cmd直接接收bat文件名时不会自动执行脚本，会进入交互等待状态，p.WaitForExit()会一直等待进程退出，直接卡死。
• 代码没有设置执行超时，就算脚本执行遇到权限不足、服务停止无响应、依赖服务未停止等问题，主程序会无限等待批处理执行完成，没有任何容错机制。
• 额外隐患：硬编码System32路径没有做系统架构适配，32位程序在64位系统上运行时会被系统自动重定向到SysWOW64目录，大概率找不到目标文件。

方案1：修正现有C#+批处理的调用逻辑 #

首先修正C#启动进程的参数，cmd执行批处理必须加/c参数，告知cmd执行完指定命令/脚本后直接退出，同时增加超时机制避免无限等待：

• 操作Windows系统服务必须以管理员权限运行主程序，否则无论用哪种方式都会因为权限不足执行失败。
• 如果目标服务存在依赖的子服务，需要先停止所有依赖服务，再停止目标服务，否则会执行报错。
• 不要用cmd的/k参数执行脚本，该参数会在脚本执行完成后保留cmd进程不退出，同样会导致等待卡死。
