.NET MAUI应用iOS端键盘遮挡表单 ScrollView方案失效问题求助

你遇到的MAUI iOS平台ScrollView键盘避让失效，是MAUI和Xamarin.Forms几个默认行为差异导致的，和布局逻辑本身无关：

• 你给ScrollView设置了Orientation="Neither"，在Xamarin.Forms中该枚举值存在兼容逻辑，部分场景下会允许滚动，但在.NET MAUI中ScrollOrientation.Neither会严格禁用ScrollView的滚动能力，自然无法在键盘弹起时调整内容位置。
• .NET MAUI iOS平台默认移除了Xamarin.Forms自带的ScrollView自动适配键盘内嵌边距的逻辑，没有主动调整的话，键盘弹出时ScrollView不会自动修改内容偏移和边距。
• 你布局中Grid第一行设置了固定500高度，当键盘弹起占用下半屏时，固定高度会导致底部表单区域被键盘完全遮挡，且没有可滚动的冗余空间。

1. 修正ScrollView基础属性 #

首先调整ScrollView的方向和布局选项，恢复滚动能力：

把原来的Orientation="Neither"改为Vertical，HorizontalOptions从CenterAndExpand改为FillAndExpand，避免ScrollView可视区域宽度计算异常。

2. 调整Grid行高配置 #

把Grid第一行的固定高度改为比例高度，让布局自适应不同屏幕尺寸：

修改后第一行的Logo区域会自动占满表单之外的剩余屏幕空间，键盘弹起时ScrollView有足够的滚动空间把输入框移动到可视区域。

3. 开启iOS平台键盘适配 #

两种方案二选一即可：

方案A：全局兼容配置（最简单，推荐） #

如果你使用的是.NET MAUI 7及以上版本，直接在MauiProgram.cs的CreateMauiApp方法中添加兼容包调用，即可恢复Xamarin.Forms时代的iOS键盘自动避让逻辑，无需写额外原生代码：

• 不要给当前登录页的ContentPage设置UseSafeArea="False"，否则iOS安全区计算错误会导致键盘高度取值偏差，避让位置不准。
• 如果ScrollView外层套有其他布局容器，不要给ScrollView设置固定高度，必须保证ScrollView能占满页面除导航栏、状态栏之外的全部可视区域。
