Python按扩展名移动文件脚本跨目录运行报错问题求解

问题根源

脚本运行异常核心是3个代码错误，和执行位置无关：

相对路径逻辑错误：os.listdir(输入目录) 仅返回目录下的文件名，不带完整路径。在其他目录执行时，shutil.move(file, 目标路径) 会默认从你当前执行脚本的工作目录找文件，根本定位不到你输入的目标目录里的文件，才会乱报文件已存在/找不到的错误。
扩展名列表笔误：images列表的" .bmp"、fonts列表的" .ttf" 前面多打了空格，这两类后缀永远匹配不上，对应格式文件不会被归类。
逻辑缺失+异常捕获无效：写了VPN、字体文件的判断函数但没在循环里调用；裸except会吞掉所有真实报错，固定打印FileExistsError完全误导排查方向。

关键改动说明

所有文件路径用os.path.join()拼接成绝对路径，无论在哪个目录执行脚本，都能准确定位到输入目录下的文件，彻底解决路径错位问题
修正了扩展名列表的空格笔误，增加扩展名小写转换，大写后缀（比如.MP3/.JPG）也能正常匹配
补全了VPN、字体文件的分类移动逻辑
新增路径合法性校验、目标目录自动创建、重名文件自动重命名不覆盖的实用逻辑
移除无效的裸异常捕获，不会再乱报不存在的错误
把重复的if判断整合为配置映射表，后续新增分类、修改目标路径不用改核心循环代码
