Android 10(API29)及以上应用打开浏览器startActivity报错求解

• 抛出的java.lang.IllegalStateException: Fragment not attached to Activity本质是生命周期校验异常，和Android 10的浏览器行为变更无直接关系。低版本系统对Fragment生命周期的校验宽松，即使Fragment已经和宿主Activity解绑（比如页面销毁、Fragment被替换后异步回调仍触发跳转逻辑），调用startActivity不会直接崩溃；Android 10及以上版本收紧了校验规则，这类场景会直接抛出异常。
• 额外兼容点：Android 11（API 30）引入了包可见性限制，若未在清单文件声明要访问的浏览器应用包名，即使Fragment状态正常，指定包名调起浏览器时也会抛出ActivityNotFoundException。

1. 代码逻辑修复 #

在跳转前增加Fragment附着状态校验，替换直接调用startActivity的方式，增加无目标浏览器时的兜底逻辑，修复后代码如下：

在AndroidManifest.xml中<manifest>节点下（与<application>节点平级）添加包可见性声明，否则API30及以上设备无法检测到指定浏览器的存在：

3. 其他优化点 #

• 如果该跳转方法由异步回调（网络请求、延时任务、View点击防抖延迟）触发，需要在Fragment的onDestroyView生命周期中取消对应异步任务，从根源避免Fragment解绑后仍执行跳转逻辑。
• 移除硬编码拼接https://www.的逻辑，跳转前先校验传入的website_url格式，如果已经包含协议头（http/https）则直接使用，避免URL拼接错误导致跳转失败。
