PowerShell脚本Add-DistributionGroupMember命令执行报错排查

现有代码核心问题 #

• 错误信息缺失：Catch块只输出了固定提示，没有打印具体报错内容，根本无法定位是权限不足、组不存在、用户已在组内还是参数传错
• 冗余代码：定义了$Services菜单选项但未加入选项数组，不影响运行但属于无效代码

运行前检查项 #

• 确认执行脚本的账号拥有目标通讯组的成员添加权限（全局管理员、Exchange管理员、组所有者均有权限）
• 确认DL-HR.csv第一列表头为HR，每一行填写一个通讯组的可识别标识（SMTP地址/别名/组名均可），不要留无意义空行
• 如果运行时提示“该用户已是组成员”属于正常业务提示，不属于脚本错误
• HR分支调通后，只需要在switch对应索引位置补充其他部门的CSV读取、校验、添加逻辑即可，菜单框架已预留
