问题说明 #

VBA 中 Listbox 控件的 ListIndex 属性仅返回整数类型的选中项索引，无法直接获取选中项的显示文本，原有代码直接将索引值赋值给字符串变量，不符合获取国家名称文本的需求。
具体需求：

• 获取当前选中的国家名称字符串（例如Brazil这类文本值）
• 将国家名称存入名为currentCountry的字符串变量
• 最终将该值赋值给txtCountryQuery变量，不使用列表项的索引数字
