业务关联规则：1个Formation可关联多个programme，1个programme仅可归属1个Formation，Formations实体侧为OneToMany关联，期望在编辑Formation的表单中以列表形式展示其关联的多个programme。调试时Symfony ORM抛出警告：Undefined array key "programmes"，查阅Symfony官方表单集合文档后未定位根因。

问题根因 #

核心问题出在Doctrine ORM关联映射配置错误，附带控制器逻辑失效问题：

• 关联字段重复声明注解：ProgrammeFormation实体中指向Formations的ManyToOne关联属性$programmes，额外添加了@ORM\Column注解。Doctrine解析映射时，会将加了@ORM\Column的属性识别为普通数据库字段，而非关联映射的持有侧属性，当Formations侧OneToMany配置mappedBy="programmes"时，Doctrine无法在ProgrammeFormation的映射配置中找到对应关联定义，直接抛出数组键不存在的警告。
• 同类隐患存在于ObjectifFormation关联：Formations侧$objectifFormations的OneToMany配置mappedBy="objectifs"，如果ObjectifFormation实体的对应关联属性也添加了@ORM\Column注解，会触发完全相同的报错。
• 控制器删除逻辑无效：代码中初始化了空的ArrayCollection作为programme比对集合，遍历空集合不会执行任何删除操作，表单提交后被移除的programme条目不会被真正从数据库删除。
