IntelliJ IDEA中JUnit5 @Suite注解报not applicable to method错误

• 直接触发编译报错的原因：@Suite 是类级别注解，@Target元注解限定它只能标注在类/接口上，不能标注在方法上，把该注解加在单个测试方法上就会直接抛出'@Suite' not applicable to method错误。
• 现有Maven配置存在多处严重问题，即使修正注解位置也无法正常运行测试：
  • 重复引入junit-jupiter-api，同时存在5.0.0-M2（远古里程碑版本）、5.8.1两个不兼容版本，依赖仲裁会拉取到错误版本引发兼容性问题
  • JUnit全链路版本不匹配：Suite组件用1.8.2对应JUnit 5.8.x体系，Jupiter、BOM、Vintage组件分别混用5.0.0-M2、5.7.0、5.7.0版本，存在大量类找不到、方法签名不匹配的隐患
  • junit-bom被错误放在普通依赖块中，BOM的作用是统一管理依赖版本，必须放在<dependencyManagement>块中并设置scope=import才能生效，当前写法完全不生效
  • 未配置maven-surefire-plugin插件，执行命令行测试时大概率无法识别到JUnit5的测试用例

1. 修正注解使用位置
   将@Suite从测试方法上移除，标注到测试套件类上，套件类不需要写测试方法，搭配测试筛选注解即可使用，正确示例：

2. 替换错误的POM配置
   删除原有所有混乱的JUnit依赖，替换为版本统一的正确配置，参考如下：

3. 刷新IDEA的Maven依赖，执行mvn clean compile重新编译项目，报错即可消除。
