VS2022 Copilot出现ReturnKeyCommandArgs报错如何解决

问题现象 #

使用正式稳定版Visual Studio 2022社区版时，GitHub Copilot插件运行异常。该插件在Visual Studio Code中可正常工作，仅在Visual Studio 2022中无法按预期运行；已尝试禁用甚至卸载所有其他第三方扩展，问题仍未解决。

已尝试的排查操作（均未解决问题） #

• 卸载/禁用所有已安装的扩展
• 完全重新安装Visual Studio 2022
• 完全重新安装GitHub Copilot插件
• 尝试安装使用Copilot的实验性预览版本
• 清除Visual Studio的本地缓存数据
• 修改Visual Studio的默认快捷键绑定配置
• 退出Copilot登录账号后重新完成授权验证
• 切换C#、C/C++、Python、HTML、PHP等多种编程语言测试（知晓PHP等语言更适配VS Code，该操作仅为故障排查测试）

问题说明 #

目前有不少开发者遇到了完全相同的问题，但没有公开的有效解决方案。由于Visual Studio 2022是主力IDE，可满足全部开发需求，不希望更换为旧版本Visual Studio或其他第三方IDE，特向遇到过该问题并成功修复的开发者征集可行的解决方案。

故障出现一周后，未对开发环境做任何修改，重新全局激活Copilot后，插件功能已自行恢复正常。
