• 如果你的node_modules目录不在项目根路径，直接替换配置中${project.basedir}/node_modules为实际的目录绝对路径即可

• 不建议通过判断package.json/package-lock.json的修改时间触发执行，团队协作场景下不同设备的文件时间戳容易不一致，会导致不必要的重复安装
