iOS应用从终止状态被地理围栏事件唤醒时，首次区域进入/离开事件无法捕获的问题求助

各位好！我最近在给iOS app做地理围栏功能，遇到个挺棘手的问题，想请教下大家有没有类似的经验或者解决方案。

情况是这样的：我用CLLocationManager的startMonitoring(for: region)来监控地理围栏，通过didEnterRegion和didExitRegion处理进出事件。当app被彻底终止（上滑划掉）之后，第一次触发围栏事件时，系统确实会因为位置事件把app在后台唤醒——AppDelegate的didFinishLaunchingWithOptions会被调用，而且能通过launchOptions里的UIApplication.LaunchOptionsKey.location判断出是位置事件触发的启动，这部分都没问题。

但麻烦的是，我在didFinishLaunchingWithOptions的第一行就设置了locationManager.delegate = self，却还是抓不到那次触发app唤醒的进出事件，didEnterRegion和didExitRegion都没触发。反而是之后再触发围栏事件（比如我回家没碰app的情况下），这时候app因为第一次唤醒还处于后台存活状态，didEnter/didExitRegion就能正常触发，后续所有事件都没问题。

漏掉第一次事件对我的业务影响很大，感觉这不像是系统的预期行为，会不会是我代码哪里写错了？有没有朋友遇到过同样的问题，或者有什么排查建议？谢谢大家！

可以看到，16:56的退出事件触发了应用启动，但没有对应的didExitRegion日志；16:57的进入事件则正常触发了回调。
