WordPress template_include加载模板时类属性设置不生效问题

• 钩子挂载时机错误：WordPress的标题、meta标签相关钩子在页面头部渲染阶段就会执行，你在template_include加载模板文件后才挂载过滤器，此时相关钩子已经执行完成，过滤器不会触发。
• 类方法作用域bug：你在setMetaTags()方法内嵌套定义全局函数set_page_title()、set_page_desc()，这两个函数不属于类的方法，无法读取类实例的$this上下文，运行时会触发「不在对象上下文中使用$this」的致命错误，未开启debug模式时会静默失败，无任何输出。
• 文件引入路径不规范：使用相对路径include('lib/WhiseApiSeo.php')加载类文件时，会受PHP当前工作目录影响，很容易出现文件找不到、类未加载的问题，后续实例化代码会直接失效。
