自定义NuGet包.cs文件不可编辑，添加<files>节点引发重复报错

• NuGet原生支持向安装项目交付可直接访问、编辑的.cs源码文件，你做新项目脚手架、快速接入基础模块的需求完全在NuGet的适用范围内，不存在场景错配。
• 你现在遇到的重复定义构建错误，是代码分层和包配置逻辑冲突导致的，不是NuGet本身不支持该能力。

你当前的配置同时做了两件互斥的操作：

1. 把SSO接入、区域注册、认证逻辑、默认控制器等代码全量编译进了NuGet包自带的dll程序集，包安装后这部分程序集会作为引用项参与目标项目的编译
2. 又通过.nuspec的content节点，把和dll内完全同名、同命名空间的.cs源码文件推送到目标项目目录，这部分源码同样会被项目纳入编译流程，两边的类定义完全重复，必然触发构建报错。

这类脚手架包的核心设计逻辑是「固定底层能力封装在dll，可扩展部分以源码形式交付」，按这个逻辑调整即可解决问题：

方案1：拆分代码层级（最推荐，维护成本最低） #

• 把不需要用户改动的通用底层逻辑（比如SSO令牌校验核心流程、通用路由规则、封装好的控制器/过滤器基类、通用业务工具方法）单独归类，编译进包的核心dll，这部分不需要交付源码，后续你发布bug修复、安全更新时，用户升级包就能直接获得更新，不会和用户的自定义代码冲突。
• 把需要用户编辑扩展的代码（比如你现在配置里的AdminAreaRegistration.cs区域注册文件、Startup.Auth.cs认证启动配置、默认AdminController.cs示例控制器、视图页、静态资源文件）完全从打包dll的源项目中剔除，不要编译进dll，只作为内容文件通过.nuspec推送到目标项目，这部分文件和dll内的代码不存在重名定义，自然不会触发编译错误。
• 针对.NET Framework的非SDK风格MVC项目，你可以在包的tools目录下添加Install.ps1脚本，包安装时自动将推送到项目的.cs文件生成操作设置为「编译」，避免旧版Visual Studio无法识别这些新增源码文件的问题。

方案2：使用分部类拆分逻辑（灵活度低，不推荐） #

如果不想拆分项目，可以把需要扩展的类定义为partial分部类：dll内放核心逻辑的分部类代码块，推送给用户的源码放预留了扩展点的分部类代码块，两边属于同一个类的不同组成部分，不会触发重复定义。但这种方式对扩展点的预留要求很高，用户如果要修改核心逻辑很容易出现兼容问题，后续包升级的维护成本也高，不适合脚手架场景。

方案3：适配contentFiles配置 #

你现在用的content节点是旧版NuGet的内容映射配置，针对.NET Framework 4.8项目，可以补充contentFiles配置来明确源码文件的编译行为，在.nuspec的metadata节点下增加如下配置：

同时把文件映射的目标路径调整为contentFiles/cs/net48/对应目录即可。注意这个配置生效的前提仍然是：你推送的.cs源码没有被编译进包自带的dll，否则重复定义问题依然存在。

1. 先把你当前<files>节点列出的三个cs文件对应的代码，从打包dll的源项目中完全移除，从根源上避免重复定义
2. 保留这些cs文件的内容推送配置，为了兼容不同版本的Visual Studio和NuGet客户端，可以同时配置content和contentFiles两个路径的文件映射，覆盖所有安装场景
3. 设计扩展点时，尽量在dll内提供可继承的基类，推送给用户的源码文件中的类继承自这些基类，用户只需要重写需要自定义的方法即可，不需要复制全量逻辑。同时NuGet默认不会覆盖用户安装后修改过的content文件，后续升级包时不会丢失用户的自定义修改。

注意不要把所有代码都以源码形式推送：这种方式下你后续发布包更新，一旦用户修改过对应文件，要么更新失败要么覆盖用户代码，体验极差。核心逻辑封装在dll留扩展点，可自定义的脚手架代码交付源码，是这类初始化脚手架包的标准实现方式。
