Python如何在PageOne类访问WelcomePage类的file变量

你代码里的name 'file' is not defined问题来自几个核心逻辑错误：

• global file声明位置无效，类内部页面间传值不能靠混乱的全局变量实现
• open_file()没有绑定为类的实例方法，调用后返回的文件对象没有被任何变量接收，直接丢失
• 两个页面没有统一的数据共享通道，PageOne初始化时根本拿不到WelcomePage里选中的文件信息
• 原有代码未实现CSV读取、随机抽行展示的需求，还混入了多个完全没用的冗余导入。

• 去掉了所有无效冗余导入，新增csv、random、messagebox模块满足功能需求
• 把选中的文件对象存在主窗口MainFrame的selected_file属性上，所有页面都可以通过self.controller访问，完全避免全局变量的作用域问题
• 把open_file改为WelcomePage的实例方法，选中文件后直接存入共享属性，不会出现值丢失的问题
• 给页面跳转方法up_frame增加了页面刷新钩子，每次跳转到PageOne时自动读取CSV内容、随机抽取一行展示
• 增加了未选文件的提示、空CSV文件的判断、文件指针重置逻辑，避免运行时异常。
