.NET MAUI中Frame控件IsVisible属性绑定不生效问题

按以下优先级排查修复：

• 检查构造函数代码顺序
  这是该问题最高发的诱因。必须先执行XAML初始化，再设置绑定上下文，顺序写反会导致InitializeComponent执行时重置绑定上下文，出现属性变更触发但UI不更新、设计时提示无DataContext的问题。
  错误示例：

  public YourPage()
  {
      BindingContext = this;
      InitializeComponent();
  }
  

  正确示例：

  public YourPage()
  {
      InitializeComponent();
      BindingContext = this;
  }
  

• 排查父级容器的BindingContext覆盖
  检查Frame外层的所有嵌套元素（StackLayout、Grid、ScrollView等），如果任意父级单独设置了BindingContext为其他对象，Frame会继承该上下文而非当前页面，就会找不到FrameVisible属性。
• 显式指定绑定源绕开预览版bug
  MAUI预览版存在Shell导航、布局重绘时绑定上下文丢失的已知问题，可以给绑定显式指定源，不依赖上下文继承，将原Frame的XAML代码替换为：

  <Frame Background="LightBlue" 
         IsVisible="{Binding FrameVisible, Source={RelativeSource AncestorType={x:Type ContentPage}}}" 
         x:Name="Frame_Test"

• 确认赋值逻辑正确
  所有修改可见性的代码必须操作公共属性FrameVisible，不能直接修改私有字段frameVisible，否则不会触发OnPropertyChanged通知。
  错误写法：

  frameVisible = true;
  

  正确写法：

  FrameVisible = true;
  

注：设计时悬停提示的No datacontext found for binding属于MAUI预览版设计器的常见假报错，运行时功能正常即可忽略。
